Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters on English from a reputed University in Bangladesh or overseas.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain the MD's appointments and travel schedules
∎ Daily update to the MD on his upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests
∎ Support the MD in preparing required documents and maintain records of paper and electronic documents/correspondence with easy retrieval process
∎ Schedule meetings, on behalf of the MD, between him and his direct reports, Board members, committees/groups to which he is a member.
∎ Prepare meeting schedule and appointments with different ministries and authorities (i.e., REHAB, RAJUK, POLICE etc.
∎ Ensure that the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved in.
∎ Coordinate correspondences, maintain the order of priority and, filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contacts, as appropriate
∎ Handle financial and accounting matters for the Chairperson with confidentiality
∎ Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of replies
∎ Ensure professional-level greetings and smooth logistics for guests/visitors of the MD
∎ Ensure all travel arrangements for the MD's daily, in-country and overseas, in coordination with HR and Admin department
∎ Provide a professional service that is in line with the MD's work habits and preferences, as well as carryout other assigned jobs
∎ Office Housekeeping including overseeing of executive get together, conferences etc. and general office maintenance to improve costs and effectiveness
∎ Ensuring all statutory requirements are fully met by the MD's office
∎ Should have travel with MD's Home and Abroad

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Looking with Height 5'5''
∎ Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills
∎ Writing and typing skills for preparing minutes, reports and other pertinent documents
∎ Presentation and reporting Skills
∎ Experience in scheduling, managing executive appointments and required logistics
∎ Experience in handling guests locals and foreigners
∎ Experience in managing travel logistics
∎ Knowledge on office administration
∎ Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
∎ High language proficiency in English and Bangle languages (written and oral)
∎ High Proficiency in MS Office Suite
∎ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
∎ Ability to conduct professionally and efficiently in a demanding work environment
∎ Experience as Corporate Secretary in a reputed and large conglomerate, MNC experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
