Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ Maintain proper file register.
∎ Receive files from various departments and obtain sign from authority and distribute the file same.
∎ Dealing with other matters as per authorities requirements
∎ Any other task given by the management & deal with all personal issues.
∎ Networking: having good network with various stakeholders, mostly, government agencies, chambers, association, overseas agencies.
∎ Calendar Management: Ensuring that Vice Chairman's Calendar is well managed by adequate communication to all the stakeholders.
∎ This position would require a high level of confidentiality. This position will be privy to various discussions; he cannot disclose such discussions unless asked by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Must have sound knowledge in English.
∎ • Should have advance computer knowledge.
∎ • Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word & Power Point) is mandatory.
∎ • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
∎ • Strong oral and written communication both in Bangla & English
∎ • Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure

Salary: Negotiable
