∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To participate in all key meetings and coordinate to arrange meeting on time.
∎ Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and to circulate among all stakeholders/participants.
∎ Prepare 3 Ws from MOM for all 7 pillars or respective department/concern and to circulate to them.
∎ Follow up all 3Ws with key persons and provide updates to CEO.
∎ Engage with all customer relation activities and plan for customer receptions.
∎ Plan calendar of CEO including meetings, visits and events, make sure time has been given to all stakeholders, if require reschedule.
∎ Coordinate and monitor for Corporate office administration.
∎ Assist CEO in documentations and file indexing.
∎ To synchronize Training & Development calendar along with CEO calendar.
∎ To onboard workers and provide orientation to all new joiners. (work to pre plan).
∎ In absence of CEO, to coordinate with CFO for work guidelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
