Job Context:
∎ Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit Company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country. The Company wishes to hire a Pediatrician for its newly launched SMC Clinic. The Company seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our Health team and meaningfully contribute to provide national level standard medical services in SMC Clinic. The incumbent will be hired as a part time basis initially for a one-year period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.
∎ Job Location: SMC Clinic, SMC Tower-2, Darussalam Road, Mirpur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Pediatric patients at the OPD of SMC Clinic.
∎ Explain test results, diagnoses, and advise treatment to patients.
∎ Counsel patients about disease prevention, detection and other services.
∎ Collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel of the Clinic.
∎ Refer patients to other healthcare specialists, as needed.
∎ Ensure to maintain standard quality services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in providing specialized paediatric services in hospital or clinic.
∎ Have proven working experience as Pediatrician.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ensure doctor-patient confidentiality.
∎ Expert diagnostic skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Empathetic and compassionate.
