হেমাটোলজি, বায়োকেমিস্ট্রি, হিস্টোপ্যাথলজি ও মাইক্রোবায়োলজি সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
রিপোর্ট লেখার ও বিশ্লেষণের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
কম্পিউটার এবং ল্যাব সফটওয়্যারের ওপর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
টিমের সঙ্গে কাজ করার মনো ভাব ও নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
রোগ নির্ণয়ের জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরণের ল্যাব টেস্ট পর্যবেক্ষণ ও বিশ্লেষণ করা।
প্যাথলজিক্যাল রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও যাচাই করা।
রোগীর রোগ নির্ণয়ে চিকিৎসককে সহায়তা করা।
ল্যাব টিমের কার্যক্রম তত্ত্বাবধান করা ।
ল্যাবের গুণগত মান বজায় রাখা এবং স্ট্যান্ডার্ড মেনে চলা।
