Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 10+ years of experience in painting and coating experience.( GCC or Abroad experience preferredSalary:
∎ SAR 5000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage painting and coating projects.
∎ Ensure adherence to color schemes, paint specifications, and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople.
∎ Manage and supervise a team of painters.Maintain inventory of painting equipment and supplies.
∎ Ensure proper surface preparation and application of paints and coatings.Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a painting foreman.
∎ Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
∎ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Working Hours: 10 hours per day
