Responsibilities & Context: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive sales growth, increase basket size, and control costs to achieve financial objectives. Analyze sales performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Lead, train, and monitor the outlet team to ensure optimal performance and accountability. Coach and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure consistent results. Address team issues and ensure a positive, collaborative work environment. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic store environment to enhance the customer experience. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints to create “wow” moments. Oversee product quality, availability, and merchandising to meet customer expectations. Manage stock levels efficiently, ensuring availability while minimizing wastage. Implement inventory control and cash handling best practices. Ensure the outlet complies with legal, health, and safety regulations. Safeguard the store from pilferage, shoplifting, and other risks by enforcing security measures.
