Responsibilities & Context: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Interact with customers, ensuring all queries, feedback, and complaints are handled appropriately. Analyze churn data to identify root causes and implement proactive customer retention solutions. Manage the entire customer experience, from onboarding new customers to retaining existing ones and reactivating dormant accounts. Conduct regular audits to evaluate the service quality of all outlets, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards. Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries and complaints, investigating issues and providing effective solutions while tracking product availability concerns. Assist customers with home delivery requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory service completion. Collect customer insights through surveys and feedback sessions to improve products and services. Engage new customers by introducing and promoting the loyalty program, encouraging participation and maximizing rewards.
