Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery from any recognized institute by Bangladesh Nursing Council.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced, sensible OT Incharge for our Operation Theater.
∎ Job Location-Road # 104, House # 5, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.
∎ Zainul Haque Sikder Women’s Medical College & Hospital (Pvt) Ltd. – Gulshan Branch.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of Operation Theatre & Post-Operative wards.
∎ Maintain surgeon wise OT roster.
∎ Responsible for safety and comfort of patients, and the health and safety of employees assigned to the OT.
∎ Collaborates with ancillary support services to provide a safe, clean and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors.
∎ Maintains and updates Inventory in software as per the hospital policy.
∎ To ensure that the procedure details are filled in the register in time.
∎ Management and supervision of sterilization services;
∎ Preparation and submission of the OT requirements and requisition.
∎ Maintain all OT equipment properly.
∎ Ensure the documentation of all OT activities.
∎ Follow up the nurse/ OT Staffs activities.
∎ Ensure surgeon and anesthesiologist availability in OT Block.
∎ Ensure OT room wise staff roster.
∎ Ensure day to day OT instruments consumables availability.
∎ Maintain discharge certificate to the patients and follow it up.
∎ Monitor staff's movement in OT Floor and confirm staff's presence in time.
∎ Monitor smooth entry for OT Patients.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year proven experiences on OT Management.
∎ Those who have no proven experience on OT Management in a hospital please do not apply.
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Must good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing.
∎ Nursing Council Registration number must be needed.
