Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operation of Spray Driers as per defined Parameters set and operating procedure.
∎ Fill the parameters maintained during the shift in the prescribed format.
∎ Handle the Helpers for maximum output during the shift maintaining EHS Standards.
∎ Handover the section to his reliever in operating condition.
∎ Follow the instructions or any assignments given by seniors.
∎ Take an active role in controlling the emergency condition/situation as defined in EMO.
∎ Operations of Spray dryer as per Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ Equipment Operation (handling cleaning).
∎ Troubleshooting of any process deviation and report it to shift Engineer and process Dpt. head.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Process / Personnel Safety.
∎ Awareness of Emergency Shutdown Procedures.
∎ Manage the operations via Control systems.
∎ Ensuring that the operational discipline program or initiatives are implemented on shop floor and minimum. requirements like proper filling of production log sheets are completed.
∎ Check the product moisture and particle of powder.
∎ Carefully check the machine maintenance.
∎ Check the lance and standard of spray dryer.
∎ Daily production preparation.
∎ Follow-up the instruction of reporting line.
∎ Proper checking of ball mill water and materials.
∎ Proper quality testing of Box feeder materials.
∎ Machine maintenance.
∎ Maintain ampere for ball mill and follow-up loading-unloading.
∎ Check the GAP of ball mill.
∎ Maintain the daily report register.
∎ Check the vibrator slave regularly.
∎ Wash the magnate time to time.
∎ Operating the ball mill for finally grinding the clay, Stone, etc. into the slurry.
∎ Checking that pebbles or ball stones are filled in ball mill.
∎ Feeding the ball mill with the requisite amount of material and water through happening.
∎ Maintain the specified time, ensuring grinding of the material to the required density, viscosity, and residue.
∎ Operation of the ball mill as per defined Parameter set and operating procedure.
∎ Fill the parameters maintained during the shift in the prescribed format.
∎ Handle the Helpers for maximum output during the shift maintaining Standards.
∎ Follow the instructions or any assignments given by seniors.

∎ Chimbuk Ceramics Ltd is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard working professionals having experience in factory production of Structural Clay Products ((such as Cladding Tiles, Roof Tiles, Pavers & Glaze Tiles production). Responsible for production, managing and handling manpower. Maintain communications coordinate at the strategic & tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.
