Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensures the kiln equipment is working within specifications, safely and efficiently.
∎ Daily Production of Drying, Firing, Sorting, Coating & Packing.
∎ Roller Dryer Roller Kiln panel maintenance.
∎ Ensures quality control measures are met.
∎ Troubleshoots problems that present themselves at the exit (cracks, war page, size etc.), identifies and resolves kiln issues and notifies upstream departments when upstream causes are identified.
∎ Monitors the inventory of kiln consumables, including, but not limited to, rollers, roller bricks, baffles, burner blocks, hoses and similar items.
∎ Monitors status of equipment and consumables and organizes/requests interventions to maintain optimal conditions (rollers change and cleaning, baffles and walls repair, other operations with maintenance support).
∎ Daily checking control panel, Gas regulator, Burners gas pressure,
∎ Identify the scopes of improvement in Production take necessary steps in consultation with Production and QC IC.
∎ Proper unloading, sorting, packing & storage at the designated sited.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Operator (Roller Dryer & Roller Kiln) (Structural Clay Products & Glaze Tiles).
∎ Job Context:
∎ Chimbuk Ceramics Ltd is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard working professionals having experience in factory production of Structural Clay Products (such as Cladding Tiles, Roof Tiles, Pavers & Glaze Tiles production). Maintain communications coordinate at the strategic & tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.
