∎ S.S.C. with Trade course
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation of HVAC system of the plant according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ Troubleshooting and adjustment of HVAC system, Fire Alarm system, Hot water system, cold water system, domestic water pumps, fire pumps, Booster pumps, condensate return pumps, calorifiers and vacuum units.
∎ Maintain log sheets of different components of HVAC system i.e. Air Handling units (AHUs), Chillers and pumps for different operating parameters and take appropriate action to rectify if there is any problem.
∎ Providing support for planned preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of the above systems to internal and external maintenance team.
∎ Maintain shutdown and maintenance records of the above systems in in the associated Engineering History files.
∎ Other Technical jobs as and when assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience in relevant field. Must have project phase experience of HVAC operation, installation, commissioning & qualification.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented
