∎ To support our growth plans we are looking for:
∎ Operative Purchaser (foreign purchase) – Gazipur (Mawna)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact with sales team, production department and suppliers to create and maintain production schedules with estimated finishing dates.
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
∎ Regularly review inventory and supplier updates for problems that will affect the production schedule.
∎ Purchase raw materials and components from abroad and ensure that all required materials arrive as promised .
∎ Seek out and specify the best procedures and partners for incoming freight.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 3 Years work experience as purchaser in foreign procurement.
∎ Must have knowledge of foreign or overseas purchasing process.
∎ Bangladesh native and fluent in verbal and written English.
∎ Competent in using MS Office applications specially in MS Excel.
∎ Personally, interested in the bicycle sector, lifestyle and industry would be an advantage.
∎ The ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and willingness to continuously improve processes and own capabilities.
