Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.

• Knowledge of international study destinations (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe) is highly preferred.

• Oversee daily operations of total operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Lead and manage the Compliance, Application, Digital Marketing, Counseling, and International Relations teams by providing strategic direction, motivation, and performance oversight to ensure semester-wise target achievement and continuous progress tracking

• Monitor student counseling processes and ensure quality service.

• Report regularly to CEO on performance, targets, and challenges.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase student enrollment.

• Coordinating strong communication with all departments and branch regarding performance, planning, and reporting along with ensuring KPI.

• Monitor and ensure high-quality customer service and student support.

• Ensure proper implementation of educational and operational policies.

• Build and maintain relationships with students, guardians, and local stakeholders.

• Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Oversee the performance evaluation of social media content.

• Willing to visit across Bangladesh or International for business development purpose.
