∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance of the outlet.
∎ Lead, monitor, train and mentor subordinates to understand KPIs, stock management, customer service, housekeeping, and GP.
∎ Continually seek opportunities to be innovative and increase efficiency within work stream.
∎ Monitor customer traffic flow to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and comfort for customer.
∎ Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control, protecting stock loss & wastage. Ensure proper inventory management and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
∎ Analyzing sales figures and forecasting product wise future sales of the outlet.
∎ Ensure accurate ordering and replenishment of products.
∎ Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential employee, Grooming, GST standard, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
∎ Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and promote safe and healthy food handling from receiving to customer's basket.
∎ Having high personal standard on Cleanliness and Hygiene.
∎ Ensure visual merchandise by correct pricing tag, space utilization, eye level, communication material, peak hour.
∎ Conducting meetings with outlet management team as well as represent outlet in different meetings & discussions with higher management.
∎ Walking through the sales floor regularly, talking to staff and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
∎ Planning cost effective ways to run day to day store operations.
∎ Resolving and monitoring overall outlet security issues.
∎ Studying market, survey for new trends & initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
∎ Understand & respects the importance of healthy living & fresh value of food.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 5-6 years of experience of Retail Super Shop Management.
∎ Applicants who have work experience in retail chains, familiar with commercial, sales and marketing will get priorities.
∎ Excellent analytical, decision making, planning and presentation skills.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook. Fluency in English & Bengali.
∎ The quality of Team player, Motivator, Analytics & Planning, People & Process management is must. Self-driven and innovative attitude.
