∎ Training/Trade Course: Any training on Airfreight See Freight operational duties
∎ Skills Required: Advertising Promotion, Bengali and English Typing, Business Operations Support, Experience on Relevant Field, Export & Import

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Data Entry, Air Freight, Business Operations Support, Experience on Relevant Field, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Port transport, Report generating ability, Shipping Logistic, supplier managemennt, Transport Working
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Air Operations:
∎ Supervises all Airfreight Operations activities under file management for the customers in the CSO.
∎ All file management activities post booking such as Documentation, System Updates, Operational finance, etc.
∎ Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
∎ Supporting customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
∎ Supporting Airfreight team members, acting as escalation point between customer service and operations
∎ Ensures end to end Carrier Management for Airfreight Operations, i.e. overall Airfreight Procurement, Carrier Relationship Management, Capacity Management, balancing the carrier mix, carrier query resolution as well as management of Carrier Booking transactions.

∎ Sea Operations:
∎ Negotiates ocean freights, contracts, and service agreements with logistics partners
∎ Develops logistics solutions for difficult export opportunity
∎ Prepares periodic productivity and performance reports and analysis to reflect ocean activity
∎ Managers and communicates the logistics with agents and vendors both domestically and internationally
∎ Develops and maintains professional relationship with steam ship lines, forwarders, and regulatory officials
∎ Tracks and reports cost of Demurrage and Detention (D&D), ocean freight, and other logistics issues
∎ Anticipates risk and works to mitigate issues and resolve issues that occur

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technical software
∎ The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
