∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airport Operations, Clearing and Forwarding, Commercial related experience, Courier bill negotiation, Customer Relation, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Company, Logistics Management, Sea port operation, Supplier Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Air Operations
∎
∎ Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for import & export shipment
∎ Contact and cooperate with overseas agent for shipment arrangement.
∎ Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
∎ Monitoring shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance.
∎ Complete job file to generate financial result of the shipment in time line.
∎ Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.
∎ To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
∎ Provide additional services above and beyond the call of duties
∎ To be able to deal with overseas offices with clear communication.
∎ To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.

∎ Sea Operations
∎
∎ Handling all Import & Export Operations process as per company Standard operation procedures (SOPs).
∎ Coordinate between the clients, customs clearance department & trucking department to ensure receiving containers/shipment in the right time at port supported with the required documents.
∎ Respond to customers inquiries regarding prices and types of services & how to provide an integrated logistic & freight forwarding services in coordination with the pricing desk.
∎ Receive clients' approvals on the services and coordinate with them in case of delay in receiving a booking confirmation.
∎ Open a file for each client operation and maintain needed documents in it.
∎ Prepare the shipping declaration with the client's data and present it to the shipping line or its agency.
∎ Withdraw the shipping order from shipping line or its agencies in order to start executing the freight forward / logistic service.
∎ Ensure fulfilling the clients' operation file with the required documents before closing the operation file.
∎ Coordinate with the customs clearance department to ensure executing the export forwarding operation as it should be, and act as the link between the customs clearance and the clients to request, provide, and submit the required documents.
∎ Collect the required customs clearance documents & forward it to the client

∎ Age 26 to 34 years

∎ • Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
∎ • Good command of written and spoken English

Salary:
