Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
∎ A post-Graduation degree in Operation Theatre Management or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established protocols and procedures.
∎ Coordinate and supervise a team of healthcare professionals including surgeons, nurses, and support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
∎ Plan and manage the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to ensure effective and efficient utilization.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control protocols, and other regulatory requirements within the Operation Theatre.
∎ Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of surgeries.
∎ Train and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Operation Theatre team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
∎ Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the Operation Theatre.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Operation Theatre management and recommend improvements or changes as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or any relevant field.
∎ A post-Graduation degree in Operation Theatre Management or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and supervising Operation Theatre activities in a reputable healthcare institution.
∎ Strong knowledge of Operation Theatre procedures, protocols, and best practices.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
∎ Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
∎ Proven track record of ensuring patient safety and delivering quality patient care.
∎ Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications related to Operation Theatre management.
∎ Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
∎ Strong organizational and administrative skills.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
