1. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth delivery of microfinance services.
Supervise group formation, loan disbursement, and savings collection.
Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies, program guidelines, and procedures.
Monitoring loan applications, approvals, disbursements and repayments.
Of course, the standard values ??of OTR (On Time Ratio), PAR (Portfolio at risk), CRR (Cumulative Recovery Ratio) must be maintained.
Taking proactive measures to prevent over-indebtedness and manage defaulters.
I Verifying client eligibility, credit utilization, and group meeting practices.
Identifying risks (credit, operational, reputational) and taking corrective actions
