Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the overall performance of our e-commerce business.
∎ Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.
∎ Hire, train, and supervise a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.
∎ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
