Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
∎ Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and promotions to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
∎ Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
∎ Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles as needed.
∎ Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
