Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending client's phone calls/ reply queries on Whatsapp-Wechat.
∎ Handle converted clients.
∎ Communicate with China office and look after outbound shipments.
∎ Manage outbound orders and keep proper tracking.
∎ Sending invoices and manage client's billing record.
∎ Process delivery.
∎ Manage database of clients, shipments and expenses.
∎ Coordinating all official meetings and events.
∎ Handling administrative tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Min. 1-year experience in operational job will get priority.
∎ Candidate must be smart enough to communicate with clients and handling clients database.
∎ Should have the ability to convert leads.
∎ Candidate must be a genuine enthusiast about the shipping industry and willing to help others with proper suggestions.
∎ MUST BE able to type fluently in both Bangla and English.
∎ Must be tech-savvy in using different search engines and mobile apps such as Whatsapp, Wechat, Facebook etc.
∎ Willing to be in long term contract.
∎ Willing to attend and work shifts in SK Cargo events and seminars for an added bonus.
∎ Ability to work in a team and follow hierarchy is mandatory.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
