Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process online ticket & Customer
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with ticket purchases.
∎ ensure accurate ticketing information is available online
∎ Monitor ticket inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient ticket availability for events or services.Manage ticket allocations and ensure compliance with policies.
∎ Generate sales reports and analyze ticket sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Provide feedback to management on sales performance and customer preferences.
∎ Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the online ticketing experience and address any concerns.Implement changes based on customer suggestions to enhance service quality.
∎ Must be Strong written and spoken English skills required
∎ Walk-in interview underway
