∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location - Bashundhara Residential Area
∎ Working Hour - 10 am to 6pm & 2pm to 10 pm
∎ Handel Customer over Phone & inbox
∎ Home office not allowed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide knowledgeable answers to customer E-mail, Chat, Social media inquiries regarding products and brands. (and maybe Phone in the future, if the client requests it.)
∎ Assist customers when placing orders online
∎ Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, suppliers, etc
∎ Assist customers with after-sales service & complain issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills in eCommerce/Retail applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
∎ Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our client's brand history, product offerings, and communications.
∎ Skill in Internet Browsing and able to handle Facebook messanger, Whatsapp, etc.
∎ Employee must know computer (Expert on MS Word & Excel)
∎ Proficient In Typing English & Bangla with Good typing speed.
∎ Skills Required: Internet browsing online work ability., MS Excel, typing skill in English and Bangla
∎ Experienced online page Moderator in previous will get high preference

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
