Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide knowledgeable answers to customer E-mail, Chat, Social media inquiries regarding products and brands. (and maybe Phone in the future, if the client requests it.)
∎ Assist customers when placing orders online
∎ Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
∎ Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, suppliers, etc
∎ Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
∎ Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
∎ Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with our client's staff and with our internal team.
∎ Assist customers with after-sales service issues
∎ Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand. Able to communicate concisely our company policies to clients/customers.
∎ Maintain and update regular customer/client correspondence and other tasks related to eCommerce

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1/2 years of Customer Service Experience for Soft Spoken with businesses / clients / customers. Preferably in Ecommerce or similar businesses.
∎ Strong eCommerce or Retail customer service background
∎ Experience in using MS Office, or similar tools
∎ Genuine care for customers & clients.
∎ A sales-oriented person is a plus.
∎ Social media management experience is a must.
∎ Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our client's brand history, product offerings, and communications.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great email, chat, social media, phone etiquette.
∎ Proactive personality and self-motivator
∎ Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
∎ Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
∎ Strong computer skills in eCommerce/Retail applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
∎ Team player, able to develop great relations with co-workers

Salary:
∎ 15-20k for page moderator Depends on experience
