Manage and moderate Facebook pages.
Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and related customer queries.
Assist customers throughout the online purchasing process.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and online communication.
Promote skincare products, explain product benefits, and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
