Responsibilities & Context: Odommo Bangladesh Foundation is seeking a dynamic professional for its Human Resource Department. This position has wide career growth opportunities for an HR professional to elevate one to a senior management position.
Job Responsibilities·
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave balances, and time-off requests.
- Coordinate and evaluate employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the performance management system.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless HR support and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee monthly salary preparation and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Develop and maintain HR data reports & information systems. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees and management.
- Frequently visit other workstations and provide proper HR support.
- Oversee office administration and maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Maintained office supplies and equipment inventory and initiated reordering as needed.
