Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive inventory and Complete inventory reports and logs.
∎ Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile order as per requirements.
∎ Follow all standard for Delivery and Receiving Stock within the stores area of Operation.
∎ Prepare the daily/weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Maintain material in-out and on-hand record up to date.
∎ Assist periodic physical inventories.
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it updated.
∎ Sound Knowledge in ERP Software.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Responsibilities assigned by the Management.
