∎ The candidate must have BSc in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

∎ Required competencies: Leadership and Team work, Safety mindset, Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, Demonstrating/safeguarding ethics and integrity, Relationship Building, Work prioritizing
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ Able to work under stress situation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the routine of vehicle/ equipment repair, repair logs and conduct inspections on completed work
∎ Provide services on time following quality standards
∎ Ensure vehicle repair on time; proper usage and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and facilities
∎ Manage inventory of spare parts and materials
∎ To purchase the parts of the vehicle, coordinate with the respective departments
∎ Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that employees use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately
∎ Ensure the preventive Maintenance System according to the schedule
∎ To take emergency steps to solve the problems whenever breakdown occurs on the road
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
