Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for :
∎ Overall fleet of vehicle (250 Nos.) maintenance, registration, log book maintenance.
∎ To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Inspection of all the Mechanical Transport of Head Office.
∎ To be directly responsible for documentation of all the Vehicles/Mechanical Transport (BRTA, GPO and other related offices) of the Company and directly report to the concerned authority.
∎ To prepare all deed for vehicle hiring of the Company.
∎ To prepare a detail Monthly report for Head Office and Depot on cost of Vehicle Maintenance, Cost of fuel, Drivers salary etc. (MIS).
∎ To check /monitor the Vehicles of Head Office and Depot effectively in coordination with IT / Accounts Division for cost reduction of Vehicle operation.
∎ Assist to Management/Head of the Department to make all reports in accordance with Vehicle Tracking System.
∎ Office Pickup/Drop Service: To make a detail route planning of the officers/employees for timely attending the Office under supervision of the concerned authority.
∎ For renting any Vehicle of the Company or assist the purchase committee for new purchase of any kind of Mechanical Transport.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in relevant filed.
∎ Proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
∎ Must be able to handle computer efficiently & good typing speed (English & Bengali) with sound operational knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point applications, E-mail, Internet/Online browsing. Willing to travel across country is required.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
