Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To conduct classes of basic training for newly recruited sales colleagues (MIO/MPOs).
∎ To conduct refreshers training for existing field forces of all business units.
∎ To prepare and update the presentation slides and training modules, handouts of all
∎ the relevant topics.
∎ To prepare & evaluate the exam papers and compiling the results from time to time.
∎ To prepare & coordinate training plans of the assigned sales division.
∎ To maintain relevant documents/records of training and development events.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Currently we have a vacancy for the position of ‘Officer, Training’ where the incumbent will be responsible for providing training to Sales Team centrally, divisionally or zonally on a regular basis.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
