∎ Currently we have a vacancy for the position of ‘Officer, Training’ where the incumbent will be responsible for providing training to Sales Team zonally & divisionally on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct basic refreshers and soft skill training for existing & newly joined sales colleagues of all business units.
∎ To prepare different types of training modules, handouts, etc.
∎ To prepare & coordinate training plans of the assigned sales division.
∎ To ensure all logistic supports of training.
∎ To maintain relevant documents/records of training and development events.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Excellent inter personal and business communication skill.
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a must
