∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Customer service
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Call centre training, Client Support, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), telesales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make telephone calls to potential leads
∎ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the services we have in offer for the clients
∎ Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
∎ Maintain databases for both contacted customers and potential customers. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy.
∎ Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
∎ Meeting set targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
∎ Use company script guidelines & proposition
∎ Update the systems and generate reports
∎ Timely submission of any work when assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Database-related programs.
∎ Should be able to make PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Male Female Both can Apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
