Job Context:
∎ Employment Nature: Under Third Party Payroll
∎ Roster Timing: Morning: 9 PM -5 PM & Day: 12 PM - 8 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell products as instructed.
∎ Ensure the calls follow "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Answer customer's queries while selling services/products as instructed.
∎ Give accurate and detailed product information to clients.
∎ Follow-up Regularly with existing/potential clients using designated software.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill given responsibilities, and achieve sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in telesales with revenue target, outbound call center etc.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft Office - word, excel is a must
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly KPI Bonus based on Performance
Compensation & Other Benefits:
