Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive requisitions from several departments for all kind of IT equipment’s & machineries
∎ Prepare procurement plan and ensure smooth procurement process
∎ Collect price quotations from suppliers (RFQ)
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement (CS) and negotiate with supplier
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and all relevant stakeholders to ensure reliability, quality & cost effectiveness
∎ Prepare purchase orders/ work orders based on approval - Cash purchase with the committee by physical market checking
∎ Ensure delivery within time
∎ Oversees the procurement process (S2P Cycle) from requisition to delivery and payment
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies & procedure Follow up party advanced adjustment
