∎ Adequate knowledge about SAP based ERP System
∎ Expert user of MS Office
∎ Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving & decision-makings skills
∎ Possession of creative & innovation ideas and self-driven attitude

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle requisitions for IT equipment and stationery from various departments, ensuring smooth procurement.
∎ Collect RFQs, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate with suppliers.
∎ Conduct cash purchases for engineering items through market checks.
∎ Issue purchase/work orders upon approval and ensure timely material delivery.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Oversee the procurement process (S2P cycle) from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with policies.
∎ Follow up on party advance adjustments.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
