∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
∎ Edible Oil Industry related experience will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee oil receiving activities from ships, ensuring thorough inspection, measurement, and accurate data recording.
∎ Receive and manage various materials such as Raw Materials (RM), consumables, and spares.
∎ Stock and record all received materials, assisting the Store In-Charge in preparing quality reports.
∎ Update the daily stock levels of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG).
∎ Maintain accurate records of material receipts and consumption.
∎ Issue materials as per indents received for various works and departments.
∎ Provide general supervision on-site, ensuring materials are used efficiently and minimizing wastage or improper use.
∎ Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly consumption reports by physically counting stock.
∎ Forecast material requirements based on consumption patterns and inform relevant personnel to raise indents accordingly.
∎ Maintain accurate records of departmental tools, machinery, spares, and equipment on-site.
∎ Update stock records periodically to reflect current inventory levels.
∎ Monitor and control delivery activities, from transportation receiving to unloading and loading.
