∎ 2 years prior experience in the related field is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspect the quality of the raw material and other inventory while received·
∎ Keep and maintain record of all the receipts and issues of goods both in IFS and physically on time.·
∎ Ensure that store is neat and clean and any hazardous and flammable items are not stored in the food commodities store.
∎ Ensure that FIFO method is followed in case of issue of inventory.
∎ Ensure that loaders/helpers do not mishandle/throw bags/carton, and use hooks while loading or unloading.
∎ Inspect the wastage/scrap on regular basis, maintain accurate stock balance of such wastage and regularly report transaction record of wastage to head office for recording.
∎ Inspect physically the deliveries for damage or wastage in vehicle and match with the bank receipts before delivery.
∎ In consultation with production Manager/ Factory manager, ensure fumigation of raw material is done as per plan.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels of raw materials and spare parts and maintain inventory control.
∎ Regularly report to supply chain team, head office about the physical inventory status of each raw material and spare parts for determining reorder point.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supply chain, Accounts and management from time to time.
