Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain receipt and issue the record of products as per procedure/ with software.
∎ Prepare and maintain delivery challan.
∎ Properly maintain API, Excipient and Packaging Material received and ensure entry into Register book
∎ Receive all API, Excipient, Packing Material and other deliveries with proper and complete documentation
∎ Ensure finished goods are received and dispatched with proper documentation
∎ Ensure maintenance of finished goods, Raw & packaging materials using the FIFO system.
∎ Ensure that RM, PM & products are properly segregated and maintained.
∎ Conducting BIN wise reconciliation to maintain BIN level stock for daily operations at the warehouse.
∎ Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse.
∎ Ensure all warehouse activities according to SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
∎ Maintaining stock level of the physical VS System through proper inventory management.
∎ Supervising daily RM/PM requirements from Production and plan accordingly.
∎ Maintain register showing the latest quantity of each material with the date of expiry.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
