Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring quality issues and measure to produce the safe and Quality Products Coordinate inter-departmental quality activities.
∎ Establish specifications and control procedures for all starting materials, packing materials, intermediates and finished products.
∎ Ensure implementation of In-process control in various manufacturing operations, cleaning, sanitation and accomplish corrective and preventive measures in case of deviation.
∎ Ensure that Equipment calibration program complies with internal SOP requirement.
∎ Identify, analyze and resolve problems and issues with quality assurance and control during product development process.
∎ Ensure that all batch documents are properly complied, verified, signed , dated and preserved in accordance with the requirement of GMP.
∎ Handle products complaints, product recall, and ensure product stability.
∎ Work closely with the relevant department for validation of equipment process, control procedures, critical systems etc.
∎ Ensure good laboratory practice (GLP) & good documentation practice (GDP).
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
