∎ BOM & Recipe
∎ Mixing
∎ Formulation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process and product related issues and troubleshooting.
∎ Revision of QPP and Product Specification monthly and before audit
∎ Working towards change in process to reduce cost.
∎ Monitoring and control of Mixing requirements and activities.
∎ Validation and setup of new and transfer products and enhancements.
∎ Generating requirements of chemicals for dipping products.
∎ Modification and verification of all SFG BOM & Recipe, SFG/FG creation for N4/N5 products.
∎ Quarterly review of SFG dipping BOMs.
∎ Review and asses new / alternate chemicals.
∎ Monitoring process order variance, PI and other SAP related issues.
∎ Paste and compound reuse and recycle
