Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc Engineering (EEE/Civil/Mechanical with MBA/Diploma in SCM preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and float tender notice/RFQ/RFP among the suppliers for Machineries, Spare parts, Civil projects, Electrical items, Packaging materials, Printing items, Gift and others items.
∎ Take initiative for opening tender and complete all formalities and compliance issues.
∎ Send tender documents to concerned department for technical evaluation and collecting Technical Scrutiny Report (TSR) from concerned department for in depth analysis.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement (CS)/Cost analysis/Trend analysis and other reports.
∎ Prepare procurement proposals, purchase/task order proactively. Arranging agreement/FWA with suppliers. Arrange renewal of all service agreements, contracts.
∎ Coordinate with Demand Planning department for smooth supply chain process.
∎ Coordinate with factory and other internal departments for expediting procurement process.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and factories for timely delivery of products and services.
∎ Checking and adjust of bills collected from suppliers; coordinate with F&A department for smooth payment to the suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ The incumbent is responsible to assist Manager for procurement of machinery and spares Pharmaceuticals raw and packaging materials of SMC Enterprise Ltd. S/he will also be responsible to collect available data from Engineering/Technical department, warehouse and other relevant departments to perform overall procurement activities efficiently.

Salary:
