∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to formulate company's policy & guideline for strategic & effective procurement process through the day-to-day supervision.
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Responsible for preparing work orders and invoices.
∎ To keep eyes at the current market price of materials.
∎ Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
∎ Communicate with the concerned department as required.
∎ Any other task has assigned by the Management.
