Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day to day Admin function of the Factory.
∎ Supervise the security Guard, Security system & Control CCTV System.
∎ Closely handle employee discipline & grievance.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leave record, personal file update of employee.
∎ Drafting all kinds of Official letters regarding disciplinary actions & disciplinary.
∎ Supervision of, housekeeping, health, Fire safety and other compliance issues.
∎ Maintenance of all ledgers and assets of the company.
∎ Purchase of stationeries and all other administrative items.
∎ Maintenance of all vehicles and related items.
∎ Communicating effectively with several departments and responding to their requirements.
∎ Support entire worker recruitment process and brief about policies, job duties, orientation, Training working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits to the current and prospective employees.
∎ Handle Guest & Visitors
∎ Supervise & maintain canteen, cook house of the factory.
∎ Any other task assign by the management .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working knowledge with MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Should have excellent presentation skill and self-driven mentality.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As Per Company Policy.
