Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs and delivers training programs for customer service staff
∎ Monitor and facilitate knowledge acquisition and report the effectiveness of programs and interventions
∎ Plan & lead the service team regarding product development & repairing skill
∎ Develop the technical knowledge & skill of service team
∎ Develop the knowledge base line of the technicians
∎ Responsible to monitor the SFA team
∎ Identify and address problematic customer service trends
∎ Maintain updated records for all formal customer service documentation
∎ Research new developments in customer service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
