Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in any subject from any recognized public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend each morning meeting regarding everyday job allocation.
∎ Communicate Warehouse to China Merchandiser, China Purchaser, BD Purchaser, PMC Team, Logistic, Packing and Planning
∎ Share with them all information which has been collected from top management.
∎ Email conversation as per requirement.
∎ Control and regularize extra over time.
∎ Analysis the problem and find the solution by root-cause analysis or fish-bone diagram.
∎ By the KPI system, find out the best employee and train the low performer.
∎ Train the ERP & WMS system of own subordinate.
∎ Counselling own subordinate about zero absenteeism.
∎ Implementing every month inventory audit in my respective area of warehouse.
∎ Kaizen - Ensure team members provide improvement ideas as per number of kaizen goal for the team and prepare a Kaizen report
∎ Ensure Kaizen is being implemented every month or as and when required
∎ S6S - Ensure that all elements of S6S is followed and the team receives an audit score which is among the top 5 within Ventura
∎ Daily follow up of import and export.
∎ Daily and monthly report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant will have to stay at closest locations to Uttara EPZ of Nilphamari.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Annual Bonus.
∎ As per BEPZA rules and company policy.
