Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidate having Diploma / Courses in automobile engineering will get preferences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle all kinds of BRTA related documents.
∎ Ensure all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
∎ Ensure the appropriate uses of all vehicles.
∎ Controlling overall management of transport dept. such as manpower, fuel, maintenance & services.
∎ To ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
∎ Prepare the duty schedule of all Driver.
∎ To prepare the necessary documents including notes, Bills, MC agreements, reports, letters, etc.
∎ Coordinate the movement of vehicles and other transportation assets;
∎ Create and/or modify various systems to manage the movement of vehicles and personnel;
∎ Keep documents current such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
∎ Ensure sufficient supply of fuel and oil.
∎ Manage fuel requests, fuel stocks (fuel pump or supplier agreements) and spare parts inventories;
∎ Any other task assigned by Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years’ practical experience managing a transport department.
∎ The ideal candidate should have sound and practical knowledge in the area of transport management.
∎ Experience managing inventories (e.g., asset and spare part stock management)
∎ Computer experience: Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel;
∎ Conscientious with excellent sense of judgment
