Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project visit schedule and perform the visit as per instruction of Head of the Department.
∎ Maintain a database including all necessary information of the suppliers.
∎ Conduct market survey to find out cost effective and quality material suppliers.
∎ Establish strong rapport with the Suppliers, Accounts & Finance, Engineering & Construction and other related Departments.
∎ Find out alternative sources for the required materials.
∎ Must be familiar with suppliers, vendors and retailers of construction materials.
∎ Must be familiar with market survey process and ability to prepare comparative statements on specific and required materials.
∎ Must have good knowledge on delivery and distribution process of procured materials.
∎ Must have sound knowledge to handle letter of credits with the banks and suppliers/vendors.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be honest.
∎ Very good typing & report writing skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have to fluent in English.
Salary: Negotiable
