Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote customer sales and help customers to resolve their day to day queries.
∎ Assist in customer sales call activities to generate incremental revenue
∎ Day to day communication through mail/phone and visiting customer.
∎ Assist customers in service request procedures.
∎ Coordinate with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Experience: At Least 1-2 years of extensive working experience on relevant field.
∎ Soft skills: Excellent Time management skill, Stress Management skill
∎ Language proficiency: Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy: Efficient in Microsoft office tools.
∎ Any other specific requirement: Knowledge and competency in Textile and Testing industry.

Salary: Negotiable
