Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform and supervise all necessary work to run the depot effectively and efficiently
∎ Ensure the depot accounts with cost-effective expenses, charges and profitability.
∎ Deliver the products as per the software order and receive incoming materials as per the challan.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of Electric Goods.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with sales, distribution in terms of product delivery and related issues.
∎ Different types of statements are prepared and provided as per requirements.
∎ Monitor overall administrative activities to ensure uninterrupted operation.
∎ Maintain Accounts & Accurately record all transactions in cash books, ledgers, and the accounting system.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly & yearly Expense reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
